Come join us at the Lowry Activity Center, located inside the Stillwater Community Center, for our semi-annual business meeting and banquet. This will be a potluck-style event. The club will provide the main dish – smoked brisket, and we invite you to bring a side dish or dessert to share if you’re able.
5:30 – Setup begins
6:30 – Potluck dinner
7:00 – Business meeting
We will hold a brief business meeting, officer elections, and vote on next year’s spending proposal. Membership packets will be available to pick up for those that have sent in their renewals.
