The annual business meeting and banquet for the SRPC will be held on January 17th at the Stillwater Community Center. The doors will open at 6:30PM and we will start eating at 7PM. The club will furnish the meat and the drinks. Members are requested to bring a side dish or dessert. Members are also requested to furnish their own plates and flatware.
During the business portion of the meeting, officers will be elected, as well as the replacements for the Executive Committee members whose terms are expiring.
We would like to see all members attend.
