Stillwater Rifle & Pistol Club is hosting two CMP-sanctioned Precision Pistol matches in 2024. These are 1800 outdoor matches. All shots are fired at 25 yards.

- Firing starts at 9:00 am. Please arrive no later than 8:15 am.

Registration
- Entries are limited to 12 competitors.
- Please pre-register by writing to youngchang07@gmail.com, phoyausa@gmail.com, and srpcsecretary@gmail.com at least three days before the event.
Location: The SR&PC range is on the west side of Lake McMurtry. You do not need to stop at the gate (N36.1797° W97.1942°) if you are coming to attend the match.

Course of Fire
- .22 Rimfire match (90 shots)
– Stage 1 – Slow fire (B16 targets at 25 yards). Ten shots in 10 minutes, total 20 shots, scoring after each 10 shots.
– Stage 2 – National Match Course, which consists of slow fire (10 shots), timed fire (10 shots), and rapid fire (10 shots). Total 30 shots, scoring after each 10 shots.
– Stage 3 – Timed fire. Five shots in 20 seconds, total 20 shots, scoring after each 10 shots.
– Stage 4 – Rapid fire. Five shots in 10 seconds, total 20 shots, scoring after each 10 shots.
- Centerfire match (90 shots)
– Same as for .22 Rimfire match
Firearms and Ammunition
- .22 Rimfire
– Any .22 rimfire semi-auto or revolver. For revolvers, the barrel length including cylinder should not exceed 10 inches.
– Any sights are allowed (iron, red dot, scope, etc.).
– Minimum trigger pull weight: 2.0 lb
– The projectile must be lead or similar soft material, and its weight must not exceed 40 grains.
- Centerfire
– Any semi-auto or revolver chambered with any handgun cartridge larger than 22 caliber up to 45 caliber.
– Any sights are allowed (iron, red dot, scope, etc.).
– Minimum trigger pull weight
– 2.5 lb for center-fire semi-autos with any caliber larger than .22 and less than .45
– 2.5 lb for center-fire revolvers regardless of caliber
– 3.5 lb for 45 caliber semi-autos
Empty Chamber Indicator (ECI): An empty chamber indicator is required to indicate that the slide is open and the chamber is empty or the cylinder is out.
