DESCRIPTION:August 13 will be a 2-gun match at SR&PC. There will be 4 stages meant to be shot with a center fire rifle and pistol. Stages may be pistol only\, rifle only\, or combination rifle/pistol. A minimum of two magazines are required for each gun. Round count is subject to change but will be minimum 30 rifle and minimum 50 pistol. Bring extra! Steel core/XM855 green tip rifle rounds are NOT allowed\, to preserve steel targets. \nDivisions are the following:\n* Open: Any optic on rifle and pistol allowed\, no equipment limitations\n* Limited: Any optic on rifle\, iron sights only on pistol. Pistol is limited to 10 rounds capacity in all mags\n* Rimfire: Both rimfire rifle and pistol required. All optics/equipment allowed\n* PCC: PCC carbine and center fire pistol. All optics/equipment allowed \nParticipants will need a reputable holster that covers the trigger for their pistol and sturdy sling for their rifle. No SERPA or soft holsters are allowed. \nGuns must remain holstered or bagged\, and completely unloaded on the range until instructed to do so at the firing line. Eye and ear protection is required. \nThis will be a laid-back match for all ages and levels of experience. Some stages will be active\, with moving and shooting. Fingers MUST remain off the trigger\, and rifle safeties engaged when moving. Stages will be timed\, but the emphasis will be on being SAFE\, sharpening your shooting skills\, and having a good time with fellow shooters. The spirit of the event will be to prioritize accuracy over speed and treat the stages as if they were realistic defensive training scenarios. \nRegistration at 8:30 am\, match/safety brief starts at 9:30.
