DESCRIPTION:The annual business meeting and banquet for the SRPC will be held on January 17th at the Stillwater Community Center.  The doors will open at 6:30PM and we will start eating at 7PM.  The club will furnish the meat and the drinks.  Members are requested to bring a side dish or dessert.  Members are also requested to furnish their own plates and flatware.\n\nDuring the business portion of the meeting\, officers will be elected\, as well as the replacements for the Executive Committee members whose terms are expiring.\n\nWe would like to see all members attend.

DESCRIPTION:It is time for our club to have a meeting and it will be in the same building where Annual Meeting is held\, which is the Community Center at 8th and Duncan.  Arrangements have been made for us to use North Stage Room on Wednesday\, November 06 at 7 pm.  The room is located in the northeast corner of building and has a north entry door.\n\nThere are two purposes for this meeting:\nThe first is to begin discussions on setting a schedule for our activities in the coming year.  It is hoped many of you will come to voice your ideas on what you wish to happen when we gather for clay target shooting.  So\, be thinking and jotting down your desires to be ready to tell us about what you want.\nThe second reason for this meeting is come up with ways for increasing participation in shotgun sports in Stillwater Rifle and Pistol Club.  Please come to our meeting with your thoughts on how to encourage present Shotgun Club members and potential new members to be active shooters with their shotguns at our facilities.\n\nYour attendance and ideas will be greatly appreciated to help make for high levels of enjoyable activities in our Shotgun Club.
